The Ashland Arms Guest House offers five fetish theme rooms:  Leather, Sports, Rubber, Dreams and Bunk.  These individual rooms open up to our generously appointed soft-loft Great Room featuring a comfortable and inviting communal kitchen / dining / living room common area.  Continental breakfast is served on weekdays and a prepared breakfast is served on weekends.
